Terms & Conditions – Phil McBride Health & Fitness

1. Services Provided:
Phil McBride Health & Fitness provides personal training, small group training, and specialist exercise coaching services in person and online.
2. Booking & Payment:
All sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Block bookings are valid for a fixed period from purchase date. For bookings of 4-session packs, all sessions must be used within 5 weeks of purchase; for bookings of 8-session packs, all sessions must be used within 10 weeks of purchase; for bookings of 12-session packs, all session must be used within 16 weeks of purchase.
3. Cancellations & Refunds:
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Refunds are at the discretion of Phil McBride Health & Fitness.
4. Health & Safety:
You must complete a health questionnaire (PAR-Q) before training. You are responsible for informing your coach of any changes to your health. You agree to follow all safety instructions and use equipment properly.
5. Limitation of Liability:
Phil McBride Health & Fitness is not liable for any injuries sustained during training, except where caused by negligence by the coach.
6. Changes to Terms:
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website.
