Hi, I’m Phil McBride - strength & conditioning coach, educator, and the founder of Phil McBride Health & Fitness.
I coach in person in Exeter, UK and remotely throughout the world, where I help clients build strength that carries over into every part of life; whether that’s hitting personal bests, recovering after illness or injury, or just moving better and feeling stronger every day.
With a PhD in physical activity science and over a decade of experience coaching people from all walks of life, from complete beginners to high-level athletes.
